Order preparation
Chapter Zero boxes are individually matched and assembled using the customer’s Reader Profile. These orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 business days after the completed Reader Profile has been received.
Reader Gift Boxes do not require a Reader Profile and are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed.
Processing time
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout refer to carrier transit time only and begin after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframe
Delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from preparation time.
Estimated carrier timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, weather, service disruptions and peak delivery periods.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when the selected shipping service includes tracking.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent because incorrect information was provided.
Authority to leave
Where a carrier leaves a parcel unattended in accordance with its delivery service, customers should nominate a secure delivery address where possible. If there is an issue with a delivered parcel, please contact us promptly so we can review the tracking information an, where appropriate, investigate the matter wit the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels
Contact us if tracking shows a parcel is significantly delayed or potentially lost. We may need to lodge an investigation with the carrier before providing a resolution.
Damaged parcels
Photograph the external packaging, shipping label, internal packaging and damaged contents before disposing of anything.
Australia-wide shipping
The Reading Ritual currently ships to eligible Australian addresses shown during checkout.
Remote areas may incur longer delivery times or additional charges.
International shipping
International shipping is not currently offered unless specifically made available during checkout.
